Next Picket Crew Meeting will be Sunday February 28, 2010 at 8 A.M. at the Union Hall.

Result of Meeting with Company 

The result of the meeting was that all traffic flow was going to come through the front gate. If people are going to come into the plant they would contact the hall ahead of time with accurate and detailed information. If there was going to be a dispute we would have the dispute at that time and a meeting would be scheduled to try and resolve it, but we would have all the facts and proper information. If for some reason it can't be resolved we will still take whatever action we deem necessary. It would not be because of gamesmanship, inaccurate or incomplete information. The other thing is Waterford Sand and Gravel is going to get their equipment off site and that would be done through the front gate. One person has been put in charge of authorizing who can come in. If they circumvent that person the vendor will not get paid.  They will be reducing the number of people in the plant to minimize any potential problems. The OPP liaison was present.
